All Chutneys prepare in Grinder.
In Vegetable Poriyal, We mixed with more sprouts periodically. Especially We use Banana Stalk, Spinach, Various Tubers, Papaya which have more immunity and high nutrition foods.
We use only Cow Milk in Preparing Curd.
We cook sambar with more nutrition value items like Drumstick Spinach, Pumpkin. We provide a variety of sambar like
Aravai & White Sambar
Coriander Sambar etc.
In Kara Kolambu, we mix more Sprouts & more vegetables added with cumin (reduce gastric
problems and its anti oxide agent)
Its the most important immune booster in south Indian traditional cooking. We use plenty of cumin, pepper, fenugreek and other ingredients to increase diagist and boost immunity.
We are providing Stuffed Chapati with added of sesame

Instead of Other Semiyas
We use more millets in idli podi. Especally, Thinai, Ragi, Kambu, Cholam, Kelveragu Etc
We use only rock salt to have complete iodine power.
We are preferring only Cane Sugar, Not white sugar (As customer desire)
We use only fresh meat, poultry chicken, fish for cooking.
